Ibiza Atelier was founded by Judith Ortiz, an experienced travel, events and lifestyle coordinator who has spent years managing complex projects, organising international travel and supporting demanding clients with their day-to-day priorities.

What started as a highly personalised service for private clients naturally evolved into Ibiza Atelier — a dedicated service focused on helping visitors experience the island with ease, confidence and expert local support.

Judith personally oversees every client relationship, ensuring that every recommendation, reservation and detail is handled with care and attention. Behind Ibiza Atelier is a carefully coordinated team of trusted professionals and specialists, assembled according to the specific needs of each client and each stay.

From the first conversation to the final day on the island, Judith remains your main point of contact, bringing together the right people, coordinating every detail and ensuring a seamless experience throughout.

Tell us about your travel dates, preferences, priorities and expectations. The more we understand what you're looking for, the better we can determine how we can help and tailor our services to your needs.

02 Proposal & ApprovalA tailored service proposal, before any work begins.

Based on your requirements, we'll prepare a personalised proposal outlining the scope of our services and our management fee. Once approved, we begin researching, planning and curating every aspect of your stay.

03 Curated & CoordinatedEvery recommendation is selected with your interests in mind.

Once our proposal has been approved, we begin researching every option and coordinating every detail. Every client is different, and so is every stay. Rather than relying on pre-defined packages or preferred suppliers, every recommendation is carefully researched and selected according to your needs, preferences and priorities. We represent your interests, not those of suppliers, allowing us to find the right solution for every situation.

Once you've approved our recommendations, we take care of reservations, logistics and coordination, ensuring everything is organised before and throughout your stay.
